1090 Dumbbell

The Bowflex SelectTech 1090 Dumbbells are for those who are ultra serious with their weight training.  This set will adjust the weight from ten to ninety pounds in five pound increments.  Adjusting the weight resistance is super easy with a turn dial, just choose the weight and turn to the desired weight choice.  This set can replace up to seventeen pairs of dumbbells.  They come in twos.  They work great in building up stamina and strength.  The additional weight gives the lifter a more challenging workout.  Because they are compact, they are great space savers.  Their coating won’t scratch floors or surfaces.
